JennNutrition is a huge part of our lives, even if it’s an unconscious one. I learned this when I started having health issues that impacted my energy, my sleep, my weight, and my ability to enjoy life. I was dealing with hormonal imbalances, immune dysfunction, and I was left feeling powerless and trapped in my unhealthy body.

Through the power of good food and some changes to my lifestyle, I was able to feel younger, lose weight that I had been gaining, restore my energy levels, and reclaim my life.

Through this personal journey, I discovered the healing powers of whole foods and a passion for helping others experience the same was borne from within.

One of the biggest takeaways from my journey was the need for simplicity. There are so many diets and fads out there, but when it comes to managing health conditions, improving your energy, and feeling great in your body, it really does have to be simple. And it has to be sustainable.

Over the past 5 years, as a practicing Advanced Holistic Nutritionist, “One Bite at a Time” has become my coaching motto. It’s literally how I've been able to overcome my crippling health & hormone challenges that impacted the quality of my life for so long.

It’s also how I coach my clients into taking micro-commitments everyday that help create a brand new lifestyle for them for life-long success.

I studied different aspects of nutrition under the School of Natural Health Sciences and earned myself practitioner level diplomas in:

I'm a member of professional status with both the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists and the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.

I also bring to the table a bachelor’s degree in Psychology that focuses heavily on research, education, and human development through all life stages. This has armed me with a solid understanding of our growth, emotional needs, mental needs, nutritional needs, and the connection they all have together!

Using a combination of my education, coupled with various coaching skills and techniques that I’ve picked up over the years, I’ve helped clients with a variety of their health & nutrition goals, such as:
